Utility trailer conversion to an RV trailer!!

While looking for a small used TT to pull behind my MH
I ran across this for sale......

How to turn a utility trailer into an RV!
Seller is calling it the perfect "MAN CAVE"!!:B

Gotta admit it's a Pretty slick conversion. It's for sale down here in Florida.

Thats the air on the floor beside the cabinet, its vented out the back side.
Just delete the link to the ad.

I really like the idea of "stealth" campers. That's a nice re-make there. But I don't see an air-conditioner ... and this "camper" originated in Florida! oh boy ... I think I'd be sleeping in the truck with the air conditioner running!
