Vampire Repellant?

On our last camping trip we were annoyed by vampires coming around the RV in the early evening. I cooked a pot of garlic soup and this helped somewhat but had a negative effect on our social life. The repellant I bought turned out to be for zombies only and we didn’t see any of them. Same for silver bullets as the werewolves were not bad this year. Some recommended salt. Have any of you ever used it to deter vampires and if so, how did you apply it? lizzie
  • Our method works much better then garlic.
You mix up a big batch of "Pain Killers" made only with Pussers British Navy rum
Pour some into a saucer and put it out where they can dive down and suck some up.
After a few passes they get so bombed, they start crashing into each other, and in a short time they all crash land, and you are free to continue your merry making and you can even finish what is left in the saucer.

by the way; How are things at "Beauty Spot" ?

  • Garlic is fine but it attracts Big foot. I saw it on TV. A woman said she was camping and was cooking with garlic and the she had a knock at her door and Bigfoot asked to borrow a clove.
  • You don't have to actually eat the garlic. Just string a bunch of them and wear them around your neck while sleeping. :C
  • Holy water is best for vampire repellant. I highly recommend Trappist Ale as your holy water. All the water is blessed by the Abbott before being added to the brewing process. The result is a nice full bodied, nicely hopped holy water of about 9.1 apv.
  • clothes dryer sheets....Bounce works best.

I keep one in my underwear and have never had a problem with Vampires while camping.
  • I usually replace the olives in my martini jug with garlic cloves!!
  • Salt around the rim of margarita glasses will keep vampires away. But it seems to attract pink elephants!
  • I found it effective to have one or two in-laws present. Nothing wants to be around them. :)-
