Thanks for all the posts, but I think Dodge Guy hit it right on, with sitting down with pencil & paper and brainstorming it out. And I think we might have it.

Not set in stone yet, but pretty well states what we want it to say, &, and it's a big AND something we can remember!
Course don't have the title yet and therefor can't register. Just have to wait and see.
