Vertical blind repair

We have vertical blinds in the rear window of our HR Alumascape. One of the hooks that holds one of the vanes(I call it a panel)is broken. Also the bracket that holds the wand to open them is broken and won't hold the wand. These type open from the center not one side or the other. Has any one had experience in repairing either or both of these parts? I've found directions online about replacing the vane hook, but not the center opening wand holder.

Or does anyone know where the center opening style can be purchased?
