I would think it would be wise to open the converter panel and turn off all circuits and pull the main fuses. Call 911. Then, gather any really important stuff (wallet, purse, laptop computer and other small electronics, important medications) and get out as quickly as possible and get to higher ground. Of course, that's assuming if you can safely do so. To my way of thinking, if I were to get in my truck quickly enough, I could at least get it to higher ground if there is any nearby. I really don't want to be carried away in my trailer as we know how they break up in accidents. It really boils down to evaluating all options and choosing the best one.
As already stated, it's best to know weather conditions and if possible, get out of any potential flood areas.
