I agree, wherever we are at we check the weather forecast and are prepared to take measures to leave if needed. I would leave my MH and get in the toad and leave if possible. It is replaceable and we are not. Was stationed in FL for several years and never had problems with gators or snakes. Maybe I was just lucky. JMO
