Plastic sewer hose will rip-off easy enough. Why bother disconnecting the electric, it'll come out as you drive off sooner or later. Stabilizers being down would be a bigger concern, they could hang up on something and if your TV is weak, might not let you leave.
The story seems to focus on mobile home trailers versus camper trailers. Can you just hitch up a mobile home and drive it off, aren't they fixed down somehow? Also aren't a lot of mobile homes two trailers that are attached together side by side?
Why would anyone be living in a trailer, camper or otherwise without insurance?
