Kenmast, you can rest easy when you come here in the winter months. That is the dry season in Florida, I've lived here since 1983 and have never seen any flooding or severe weather during the winter. Summertime is another story, I've seen it rain at my house and two blocks away hasn't had a drop. As far as the flooding situation, I would load my DW in my truck and get the heck out. Insurance will cover the trailer and fortunately, my kids are grown and out of the house and I have no intention of having any four legged kids to deal with.
