Turn the breakers off before unplugging with a stick or wife's plastic spatula etc. Unhook the hose from the coach and leave it. Change in the footwell if you have time. 2 ft of water could get in the engine.
You could manually raise all the jacks close to two feet.. Wheels would be off the ground a bit but you might be dry. Make sure gen is above water and engine is before starting either.
