Both link 2 and link 3 verify that I have the correct form. When the time arrives, I will arrive at the checkpoint with 3 copies of this form, filled out except for that one line. I will ask the Canadian customs agent what he wants me to put there, then be ready to sign the finished copies.
Very good idea. And someone was right to suggest you not say it is for protection from humans. Just animals.
