Walmart changing some stores
Probably doesn't include RV parking or shoot outs with the police. lol. Walmart town centers.

I guess I would have a lot more empathy for the panhandlers if there wasn't a help wanted sign in every fast food restaurant surrounding Walmart along with Walmart itself. Our local police dept will hand out a food voucher for those in immediate need and will give them information about shelters. I believe in a hand up not a hand out.
