The local WM's around here have stopped allowing overnighting because of the trend that has developed in homeless and full time (homeless) rv's. They actually took over the back parking lot of the Super WM and had a large encampment going!
The property backed up to the railroad and WM kept claiming it was SP (Southern Pacific) property not WM, so allot of finger pointing and the issue kept growing!
County board of supervisors and SP management were notified!
Finally after a year, Sheriffs and SP personnel moved in and forcefully removed,towed and hauled the junk away!
Signs are now posted as to no overnight parking allowed!So I can see why stores do not allow this anymore!
