The property backed up to the railroad and WM kept claiming it was SP (Southern Pacific) property not WM, so allot of finger pointing and the issue kept growing!
County board of supervisors and SP management were notified!
Finally after a year, Sheriffs and SP personnel moved in and forcefully removed,towed and hauled the junk away!
Signs are now posted as to no overnight parking allowed!So I can see why stores do not allow this anymore!
I'm waiting for this to happen in my community. We have one regular WM and two WM grocery stores. I see the same dilapidated rigs moving around from one to the next. These are the same guys with the cardboard sign on the corner "out of gas" or "anything will help."
