Went to pick a few things up at the local Super Wal Mart a few miles from the house. No gypsy caravans in the parking lot!
talked to the manager and asked what the deal was and how WM is dealing with the vagrant situation.
She tells me that most West coast WM are not allowing it any more due to the large vagrant following of the Rv's. She basically said allot of people abused it and over stayed or did questionable camping practices! And that WM could not differentiate between the casual rv'r and the vagrants so they have begun to stop allowing black top camping!
We both agreed it appears to be an east coast thing, She told me she is from the mid west and noticed that it started getting bad out there five or six years ago and that WM experienced more shop lifting and damage and abuse of there return policy!
She also said that WM receives constant pressure from the surrounding communities and local camp grounds regarding "Black top Bandits" As she put it!
