Want to make a Gen slide - how thick of Alum plate?

OK so I am going to make a generator slide for my portable. I would like to use Alum for the tray bottom. Is this a bad idea? If not what thickenss to support 100lbs spanning 24"s. Bear in mind m...

dont need a hole in the platform
NO drain hole in the bottom of the champion

get the 'poor mans EZ drain'
nipple and hose drain kit screws in where the drain plug goes

works really well, small diameter hose ,not super fast, but only takes about 10 minutes or less, clean and easy

when i bought this generator from supergenproducts
i had them install it, but its a DIY project that takes less than 30 minutes
