The OP said "I was driving on the highway and was rear ended...." but did NOT say at what speed he was traveling himself.
If he was going 81 it would have been a little bump, if he was doing 65 it would have been a 17 mph speed difference.
And that's IF the other vehicle was going 82, how does anyone know?
