We usually stop at Car Wash places unless we can find an outdoor version or a truck wash. Just be cautious about aiming that high pressure water at caulking because it can "uncalk" your RV pretty easily :E
To use a standard car wash we have to pull in forward until the AC is left outside then back in to get the other half of the RV.
