- wa8yxmExplorer IIIRegarding the "Two cameras from ideal angles"
Today most folks carry cell phones. the vast majority are SMART phones. and have cameras. Many folks have DASH cameras.. the odds of something like this getting photographed are far higher than just a few years ago. - ependydadExplorer

There wasn't really any reason to have two cameras recording a guy launch a boat. How exciting and film worthy is that? They wouldn't have wasted disk space on something like that unless they knew something was going to happen. And the guy with RV posted the footage himself. It was not some random person posting it.
If you've ever had the "joy" of hanging out with Youtubers, you'll find that they do record this sort of thing.
I have friends who went on an outing with a family who is trying to establish their Youtube channel. He said it was infuriating, the parents would have the kids come through doors and windows multiple times, trying to get the "perfect" shot.
So yeah- having multiple cameras running.. especially if this guy is active on social media, totally possible. - Campfire_TimeExplorer

This was at an FLW professional bass tournament that is televised. That is the reason for all of the cameras and it is not fake. Lake Sam Raburn is the first stop on the tour this season. All of the boats that are in the tournament have cameras on the windshield.
Trouble is that the cameras were not all from boats. Watch it again. Only one (none of which in the video BTW, have windshields), and it was hand held in the boat. One was hand held from the boat launch, one was right in or just outside the RV. There wasn't really any reason to have two cameras recording a guy launch a boat. - myredracerExplorer IIOh c'mon. Really?... I wanted to see it get towed out and find out if it got repaired or what. That's like watching a movie and the power going out a few minutes from the end and never finding out how it ended. :M The whole thing doesn't seem right. The owner seems calm as heck too. Nice looking dog tho.
I'd rather see Flo do the commercial. :) - Campfire_TimeExplorer

And he just happened to have not one, but TWO cameras rolling at the time? Yeah, not buying that one.
My thoughts exactly. Two cameras from perfect angles. Consistent lighting and video quality between all cameras. Here's an interesting article: https://www.ktvb.com/article/sports/dog-puts-fishermans-rv-in-reverse-backs-it-into-texas-lake/277-6b77c26f-bfe4-430d-8bf5-22b94b18dd6a
Note the line at the bottom:Christian Corley of YOLOtek captured the entire mishap on video. His company website says its mission is to "build awesome products to help you catch video of your once-in-a-lifetime moments." - colliehaulerExplorer IIIHow do you know it wasn't a bogus insurance claim?
- mooky_stinksExplorerI can hear her yelling STOP!.......right after he broke through.
- midnightsadieExplorer IInow if that was a ford it would just pull its self right out. p.s I like this pic best ,its real.
