Wasps in camper. Best way to remove?

listen to the ole biscuit. If they are inside the camper, they should (i said should) not be building outside in the condenser unit. Might be interesting to find the avenue of how they are getting in the camper.

If you don't like the pesticide kind of wasp spray, WD-40 will kill them just as fast.

I have had similar situations where I was going to be working in a tight space and did not want to be breathing in wasp spay. I would not want to use poisons of any kind on an air circulating system. I found cleaning formula 409 was a useful spray and kills wasps and ants. When trying this or any wasp spray it is important to insure that no one involved in or near the effort is known to have a life threatening response to wasp/bee stings.

Flame thrower. Don't mess around... I'm allergic to stings. Only living creature I have no sympathy for and I doubt they're important to earth's ecosystem.

Otherwise, they go to "sleep" after dark and some wasp spray should work. Wear protective clothing if you're near it. Then go in there and pull the paper nest out. There's alternatives to regular commercial wasp spray (which is toxic) like Ecosmart wasp spray, available at Walmart, Lowes, Amazon, etc.

When I was young, dad always used to say stay far away from wasp nests. Bad idea to tell kids not to do something!! Poking a nest is not good as I found out. :E

IF you have wasp inside crawling around the ceiling vent then taking cover off (roof shroud) will NOT solve your problem.

Need to remove return air filter exposing the evap coil area and check for nest building------evap coil inside a seal compartment

I like the spray that is "electrostatic" designed for stinging insects. I bought a house with wasps under all of the eaves of the house. Hit them early in the morning when they are all in the nest. The can is green and yellow, I forget who makes it.

Sevin duster after dark and dust the box heavily. it may take a day to get them all.
Take the cover off the next evening and deal with the nest then.
After getting as many as you can, spray the outside box with a spray like this tractor supply spray which will also deter them from reappearing after you put the cover back on.
