We hosted a USFS cg in the North Cascades for a few summers. Might not have seen everything being washed at a spigot but I've seen a lot.
Saw a man with nothing on but a thong squatting down in front of the spigot "just rinsing" himself from the top down.
At least I hope he had a thong on.
and no, I did not approach him to mention that this might be against some rule.
Yes, spray bottles of bleach might be a good thing to take with you when you go fill your jugs.
