Ah first reply and this... as noted I did not get in a "tissy". Simply asked why, showed them the forecast, was told it was not their decision, I asked whose it was and how to contact them, and they got in the "tissy". Last I checked water does not freeze until 32f and the forecast low stays a few degrees above that; I guess logic and facts get me "tissied".
