My biggest gripe on the water hoses are the fittings. After a few uses they start to leak. I went and bought new brass barbed fittings and use PEX rings to clamp them on. no more leaks.
For storage, I roll them up and use a bungee cord to keep them coiled then and place them in a plastic tub.
