Do any of you use a water transfer pump to refill your trailer from water you brought when you go dry while boondocking? I saw a guy using a 5 gallon container and a large funnel. Seems there should...
I bought a pair of 5 gallon collapsible water carriers,
and got tired of lifting them to fill the tank. So I bought a "spare" ShurFlo Water Pump and plumbed it with adapters to fit water hoses. I have a pair of 10' water hoses. I put one water hose in the water carrier, one water hose in the fresh water fill, and plug in a 12v connector I added to a 12v outlet I have in a basement near there.
As a side benefit, if my RV water pump ever fails, I can replace it on the road.
