A former hobby of mine was fish keeping, tropical aquariums, etc.
They make cheap, durable pumps called "power heads". I picked up one for around $20, moves over 1000 gallons an hour, so it's pretty fast. submersible, so one end in a bucket, other end a hose goes to the rv. you can put a hose on the intake too, but that really slows it down.
I have a lot more AC outlets on my rv than DC, and an always on inverter, so an ac powered pump is no problem.
