Watts Pressure Regulator

From the looks of that site the different 263a's are links to different other 3rd party web sites where you can sell/resell products.

The difference is who you are buying from

Make sure the one you buy has the needed hose fittings or baring that threaded fittings so you can get hose adapters at the local hardware.. And you'll be happy.

I went with a bigger model myself. (It was easier to adapt is all)

You will always need some type of fittings to attach and detach the regulator (unless you plumb it in permanently). I'd suggest you take your newly purchased regulator, in-hand, to the plumbing section of one of the big-box stores and ask for assistance.

I would opt for standard hose fittings instead of quick couplers. If one of the quick couplers breaks or is lost, you will be unable to use the regulator (without doing some additional on-site fitting plumbing).

Tip: While you're at the store, pick up a packet of rubber hose washers.

The forth one down will work, but it doesn't have a gauge. For $5 more, the fifth one from the top has a 0-160 psi gauge. You can't go wrong with that one. I have basically the same thing but instead of the t-bar adjustment handle, mine has a slotted stem that you need a screwdriver to adjust.

As long as you don't buy something like the first one on that page, you will be fine.

That's the one I have, I used quick connect fitting for ease of use. Bought everything at a plumbing supply house. My friend is a plumber got it all for about $60 including gauge.

don't know how the gauges work on those units but I have a separate gauge that has a "maximum" observed pressure. sort of interesting to see if supply water has spikes.

I got the Watts 560 with gauge. Works great.

Picked up a whole house Watt's at Menards (big box home improvement store) for under $40. Plumbed it prior to a whole house water filter then hoses on both ends. Worked like a champ. I would check out the big box stores first.

I bought the cute little Watts with the gauge at first from that website. That thing only lasted two seasons before it stopped regulating the pressure because it got full of crud.
