Is the Plymouth Breeze an automatic or a standard.
If it is an automatic and a front wheel drive you can use a tow dolly.
If it is an automatic and you want to tow four wheels down you could have a transmission pump installed.
Pretty much any standard is towable but few automatics.
We have a 2001 Pontiac Sunfire automatic that is towable four wheels down.
So, transmission pump or dolly is the Plymouth is front wheel drive and automatic
