We bought the 99 Rexhall Aerbus...scared and excited

We did it, we pull the trigger so to speak. It is not in our hands yet, but deal is done. Today it goes for a safety and e-test. The windsheild is being replaced because they hit a bird. We offered 19 thousand and he accepted. It will be our first and last 36' Class A RV. Now we have to figure out how to tow a Chevy Tracker, standard, 4WD. Not to mention how the heck does a generator work...lol. Oh and the rust on the propane tank, we are thinking of cleaning it off and repainting.
Fasten your seat belts boys the questions they are a coming..lol

  • Congrats! It is the best thing we ever did - buying a class A. Now, just so you know, the boys aren't the only ones with good advice here. Lots of gals who RV all by themselves have some great suggestions!
  • Burwoods Congrats!

Once you get behind the weel look for the nearest BIG parking lot & practice backing up & such. Don't want to practice when you have a crowd of people looking! LOL

We just U/G'ed form a SMALL 93 Pace Arrow Diesel Pusher to an 07 Discovery! WOW, what an upgrade!

Make sure tou watch all eight corners. Big motorhome likes to find branches & such!

    Good Luck.

I will post pics when we take possession.
  • Bring on the questions....that's what we do here. Lots of good advice here and a little bad (lol) but everyone is very helpful. We all face questions and the great thing is that others probably have faced the same thing or will so it is good to post the questions and we all learn.
  • Congrats!

    Can you post some pics?

    Enjoy your travels.
