Apparently the converter is plugged into a GFI protected circuit. I was taking my rig apart to get to the converter when I decided to use the tester to see if I was getting voltage to the converter. The input line was dead.
I started there. I took an alarm clock into the basement and plugged it in in place of the converter. Had power going in.
I do need to get a multi-meter to keep in the trailer.
