Weber Q 120 problem - Update!

Might not be the best area to post this.

We love our Weber grill but we have a problem with the ignighter button falling out? Works but the button will not stay in. It is always falling out and we almost lost it twice.

Anyone else have this problem and how can we solve it?

Called Weber--quite a wait to get through but well worth it. They sent a new ignighter assembly. Looks like an upgrade. Great customer service. All set here for more happy griling!

    I'll bet 3 dollars Weber will just send the needed part no cost.
    Weber is good that way.

    sounds like you missing a clip or a nut that holds it in place.

    I'd write a note (and maybe send a picture or two) to Webber. Google to find their website....and sent an e-mail to their customer service people.
    They will probably put you in touch with their Tech Team, and either make a suggestion, or send you a new button assembly......or depending on the age, offer to sell you one.

    I have found that most of these companies like to keep their customers happy:)
