If you're cooking for 3, get the 200 IMO, but you can get away with the 100 if that's your preference. Size and weight are considerations also as the Q's are heavy.
I recommend the Weber rolling cart too, sold separately. Going on 10 years with my Q200 and cart. Still works like new.
