How do you tell who the manufacturer was for the frame? Is there a name stamped somewhere? I've seen the name for our rack/pinion slide mechanism on those pieces... would that company have made the rest of the frame or just the slide parts?

If you're talking about your Komfort it's probly a Lippert frame, I have the brochure's etc on our trailer and they told me it's a Lippert, I also called Komfort (before they were taken over by Dutchmen).
Not sure who else makes frames, if you're is the thin 'I beam' it's probly a Lippert, they make the majority of the frames I think, I know Northwood (Nash/Arctic Fox etc) make their own.
