Looks like a manufacturer's problem that THEY need to address.
I talked to them over the weekend and they gave me the run around also. Told me I was out of warranty so nothing they could do. They said they could probably repair it but they were at least 4 weeks out from seeing it because they were backed up with other jobs. Then I read some really poor reviews online of their service department so I said the heck with it I'll just go with my original plan to do the repairs myself
