7000 pound loaded TT is pushing the limits (payload, rear axle, and receiver rating) of any half ton SUV. And toy haulers have even higher dry TW that make the situation worse. WDH adjustment can be a hassle if you frequently change between toys/no toys/weight of toys.
IMHO, if you want a TH, make it a 5th wheel and get at least a 1-ton single rear wheel. A 30' TT means 6000-10000 pounds loaded. A TH is another 500-1000 pounds heavier to handle the weight of the toys. THen you add the weight of the toys at 500-3000 pounds. That's not likely half ton duty.
