1. Not appreciably. Half the weight of the tow bar, half the weight of the safety chains/cables, and the weight of the "moustache" rock deflector if you use one.
That said, there may be some dynamic shifting of additional weight on to the rear axle during acceleration, but we do not take that into consideration when towing. The designers took that into consideration when designing the vehicle and coming up with the ratings.
