All the weights are under the ratings, except the GVWR of the truck.
We know that both F250's and F350SRW's use the same axles and brakes and have the same braking ability.
The F250's GVWR is de-rated on paper to 10,000 lbs for registration reasons, whereas the F350SRW's max GVWR is 11,500 lbs.
So far as ability to stop the weight the truck is carrying, the F250 is good up to the max GVWR of the F350SRW.
So, this combination is A-OK, in my opinion.
