If it's under warranty, do not apply any adhesives such as epoxy. It could be used as an excuse to void the warranty. I'd recommend a good quality tape over the cracks. Then before you take the rig in for repairs, completely remove the tape and any residue.
BTW, I had the same thing happen to my last RV, and once the shower stall was replaced, I never had another problem. But my rig sat for nine weeks waiting for parts to come in. Hopefully, yours will be repaired much quicker.
