With the experience I've had with warranties I would contact the factory. I would drive to the factory and have the repair done at the factory. Looks like replacement of the entire shower is needed. This is the floor. Probably not reinforced underneath. I would not want a local repair shop doing a haphazard repair with a little fiberglass over the cracks. This could come back later as a huge repair if not done correctly. I have always had good luck with factory repairs.
