Had a crack in our MH shower also tried duct tape only worked for one shower then came off. Hardware store suggested gorilla tape for temp fix and it healed for 2 months. All RV'ers should have a roll of gorilla tape to replace duct tape it's far superior. Don't forget to clean the shower surface with alcohol before applying the the tape.
