What are the advantages of frameless windows?
They look nice and slick. I wonder what's under them and what sort of maintenance they require.

I've heard different things from different people: one said the frameless windows slid open just like the framed windows, and one said that they just open at the bottom. Personally I don't see how they would slide up/down, or sideways since they look like one piece of glass.
