what could be worse than outside speakers?

Let me say I hate hearing music, TV from other campsites. So this admission is especially humbling: My husband turned off the outside speakers before leaving my dog and I to camp for several days alone. I watched "Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?" that night, and cranked it up because it didn't seem very loud.

I took the dog outside halfway through the movie, and realized the outside speakers were blaring - he'd turned off the wrong speakers! And I hadn't checked. I was mortified and amazed that the camp host hadn't said anything. Luckily, the nearest camper was five sites away.
