Don't worry..he'll be out in a few years, having transformed from a teenage punk to a hardened thug, who might be ready to go from tagging and keying cars to dealing drugs, jumping people for their wallets, and maybe doing drive-bys! I would be inclined to let him off with probation if he were to agree to irreversible sterilization upon reaching puberty.
