Waiting for the 'Racoon Guy' to show up.

New winter home in Florida has a racoon in the attic. He has chewed 6 holes in my roof. :(

Real homesick for Wisconsin where raccoon's are smarter than the ones in Florida. What animal would WANT to live in an attic where the temps can reach over 200 degrees in summer?
