What do I need for initial set up? Tranny cooler and?

Ok,, I have a 2008 Tahoe v.8 5.3L flex fuel. I need to go ahead and get the stuff I need on it..

I know I need a Tranny cooler. What kind would you all recommend?
Also I will order the prodigy brakes from Rvwholesale. Are the prodigy brakes the same size for every vehicle?
Also what is a oil cooler and do I need one?
Thank so much.

Why do you say you need a transmission cooler and do you know for a fact your truck does not have one from the factory? same goes for the engine oil cooler. many times one or both of these is built into the main radiator.

I have the prodigy p2 brake controller on my old tow vech... it's a proportional controller, the harder you brake, the harder the trailer brakes. it worked very well, but sometimes it got a little goofy if I brake on a steep incline (like a ramp into a gas station), because it uses a simple pendulum sensor. the "lessor" brake controllers are simply on/off types with a time delay, avoid these.

Just a note; Your Prodigy doesn't use a pendulum, it's solid state and uses an accelerometer. So no moving parts!
