Here's the scenario you have your bbq, bikes, camp chairs etc. out on your camp site.Do you lock or store your belongings if going for a walk, attending a CG event, swimming or going sightseeing (leaving the CG for the day)? So do you lock or store? And which ones?Just wondering what do you do?

We do nothing. Been camping & rving for over 50 years and never had anything walk away! :C We camp 6-8 months a year.

We're seasonal campers, and I only lock things up when we are gone for the week.Our zero gravity chairs get locked together as well as my smoker gets locked to the campers frame.

We lock the RV when we leave for a few hours but, everything is left out. No problems.I lock the RV knowing it only keeps out the honest people, which I think is the vast majority of campers.

I remove or secure the things that may tempts someone and leave the rest. I'm not to worried about my bbq grill, camp chairs, etc., but my bike would be too easy a target. I have had things walk off but being sensible on my part prevents temptation on their part. Just use common sense.

Bicycle is locked unless I'm riding it.. other stuff not so much. I've only been ripped off once (in a state park) State parks everything is locked.

Only lock the coach when physically leaving the cg. Everything else is as is.

this past winter in SC state park .. the motorhome across from us "lost" a portable electronic satellite dome... sitting 100 feet away at night.

I have not lost anything, but trailer and bikes are kept locked. all else No.

Sooooo, what do tent campers do? Everything stays outside.

Neighbouring campers are the best security. If they are there they are watching everything that moves around them.
