what do you snowbirds do when you leave home
first year of going to florida for the winter.... what do you do to your house when you leave it for the winter in northern areas... do you drain pipes , turn heat down, put in home monitors ?????

Here's a special one to add to the list: If you have a freezer full of food in the basement, don't turn that circuit breaker off! Wasn't me - it was my parents many years ago. It took a long time to get rid of the smell.
