We use Kansas RV Center (Chanute, KS), the former manufacturer of NuWa HitchHiker. When you call for an appointment, you get a date and time. You pull up to the door at the appointed time and the service manager or his assistant meets you with work order in hand and goes over it. You pull the RV into the shop, unhitch and the crew to work on it starts right then. That is what having an appointment means.
