In BC provincial park and National Park campgrounds are in the $20 to $25 per day range. There are no hookups, and washrooms range from pit to running hot and cold water. Private campgrounds with water and electrical can range from $35 to $55 per day.
Personally I enjoy the no service sites. Installation costs are down, so fees can be lower. They usually are large and quiet. I have no trouble bringing my own water and battery power. No trouble going a week;shower in TT works, etc. Generator hours are limited;two in the morning and two in the evening in provincial parks, and only two in the afternoon in National Parks.
Brings me back to why I enjoy camping.
