To much sand. Leave it to the sun worshipers at sunset glazing thru the campfire smoke.

As far as the sewer goes, the state should give rebates or fee reduction for hauling your own and not using theirs. Why not, I'm paying the Metro congestion reduction fee. Why not a reduction for me hauling my black tank and not using theirs?
