Mr. Wizard got it right. The key, not self contained.
I agree, mobile homes, park models and destination trailers don't have holding tanks. Therefore aren't self-contained.
Question is, willing the HOA agree.
Not to quibble, but doesn't that rule out a lot of popups, teardrops, etc.?
