But one thing I do have to watch is the watts consumed. I have a single circuit to use and run my electric heater at 1500. I also have a heat tape wrapped around my dump pipes on the same circuit.
So far, no problem with the circuit.... Slow cooker might put it over, I don't know.
I got lazy and didn't put your light bulb suggestion into the fridge compartment. It was working ok, or so I thought. Pulled my bag of spinach out for dinner tonight, and it was partly frozen with ice on it. hmmmm. You know more about this fridge deal than I do. Would the bit of heat in the compartment help this?
I do notice that my fridge seems to run a lot. When I turn the gas off to refill a bottle, the check light is on most of the time, even though it is usually no more than half an hour with the gas shut off. Didn't think the fridge would run that much.
